Ordering Information:

 

We accept Visa, MC, Paypal, or prepaid check (allow 10 days for check to clear).

 

For Paypal orders, simply send an email to service@ironbaymodelcompany.com with your complete name, address, and product information.  

 

When we receive your email request, we send an invoice to you through Paypal. 

 

You then respond to Paypal’s secure server with your payment information.  Once we receive confirmation of that transaction we begin processing your order.

 

Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.  No returns on printed material; includes drawings, decals, etc. No adjustments made after 30 days.  Merchandise cannot be returned or credited without written permission from the factory.  No credit will be given for merchandise purchased from another supplier or dealer.  All returns must be packaged in original packaging and insured against damage.  Returned merchandise will be accepted only if unused, undamaged, or deemed defective by the factory.  A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
